How Our Company Began
One of the owners enrolled in culinary school using the money invested by his mother. He loves cooking and wanted to utilize his culinary background for his business. With his skills and passion, he started Brew Crew in Idaho.
Get to Know the Co-Owner
The co-owner and operator of Brew Crew grew up in the greater Seattle Washington area and went to culinary school in San Francisco. He has more than 20 years of industry experience. Having worked in both San Francisco and Seattle, he has learned a lot about the art of making a really fantastic espresso and how to get a good pull from a great tasting bean.
We aim to serve the world’s best coffee and food and provide excellent customer service at fair prices.
Working With a Great Business
We have a coffee purveyor named Café Mam (pronounced mom) who gets all of their shade-grown, organic beans from small farms in Mexico, and they invest heavily in the communities where the farms reside. These morals align with ours as a business. When we combine them with a solid supply chain, this makes Café Mam a great partner for us.
